Opening Orders
The minimum opening order should be $250; reorders are a six case minimum (cases are six to a pack). Byrdcliffe Cookery, LLC cannot mix or split cases.
Terms
Initial orders are shipped COD or prepaid by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Customers may apply for terms (net 15) after three orders within one year. Terms are not automatically granted. References checked upon customer referral. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. A charge of $25.00 will be applied for checks returned for insufficient funds. We reserve the right to reinstate COD or pre-pay terms based on payment history without notification.
Shipping
We ship F.O.B. Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within 5 business days of receiving delivery. UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods for 48 hours. Please note any damages on bills lading when receiving freight deliveries.
